A cool silver mist cloaks the amethyst foliage and produces a color that’s unlike any other burgundy. The blackish-purple leaves with a silvery-blue overlay and extensive black veining give this Heuchera a stunning appearance, very different from other Heuchera. This glossy leaved clump can achieve an impressive 2 feet across! Small white flowers are borne above the foliage in spring.
Heuchera does well in afternoon shade in hotter areas, otherwise full sun. The interesting foliage make it a good subject for container gardening.
