3" plants - 6 plant minimum order
4" plants - 4 plant minimum order
Assorted 3" and 4" plants - 6 plant minimum order

SHIPPING
 
We ship year round, depending on weather conditions both at the nursery and at the final location.  We will not ship under very hot or very cold conditions.  If you would like to have your plants shipped at a specific time, please let us know.  Otherwise we will ship at our discretion.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
 
The root balls of individual plants are wrapped in plastic to maintain soil moisture (see pictures of the packing process).  Plants may be topped or pruned to prevent damage.  Orders are shipped by UPS.  Shipments occur only on Mondays and Tuesdays to assure plants are received the week they are shipped.  UPS Ground shipping is available to California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.  During the hot months it is recommended to use 2nd Day Air to these states, as we cannot guarantee safe arrival.  Shipments to other states will be by 2nd Day Air.
 
We ship throughout the Continental United States, except where restricted by law.  Restrictions are listed under individual plant descriptions.
 
When you place your order online you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
 
Due to the unpredictable nature of nursery plants, we may not at times be able to fill some items on your order.  In these cases we will ship the in-stock portion of your order, and adjust your charges accordingly (plants, tax, and shipping).  Sorry, we are not set up at this time to backorder items for later shipment, and we will make substitutions only by special arrangement.
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
 
If a box arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery.  Open the box immediately to assess any damage to plants.  Plants are very flexible and resilient, so a few broken branches usually don’t result in any lasting damage.  Give the plants a chance to recover – if there is considerable damage or the plant has been defoliated or is dried out we will refund or credit a future order.  Our mail order department can be contacted by email at mailorder@morningsunherbfarm.com.
